Not only did Jason treat us professionally when we walked in, he was straight with us about the repair (meaning there were no surprises later) BEST part is, yes they will use the better parts for your repairs; they will stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty (not 6-months like others), AND get this..Huge savings. With almost a 30% savings in comparison from the other Olympia transmission business. I have the other written estimate to prove the savings, and the other estimate had less to repair in their written estimate. Grateful Cheers and appreciation to Thurston County Transmission. They are really worth a moment of your time. We are from Grays Harbor County. P.S. We got the runaround in Grays Harbor County for transmission repair also felt like a scam between those business - you know the feeling). The one other Olympia based transmission repair business were nice and respectable but the price was not worth the fix for the value of the car.
